We keep marketing contact information until you ask us to delete it or it is no longer useful.

9. Security

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards suited to the sensitivity of the information, including access controls and secure vendors. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please do not send Social Security numbers or bank account numbers by regular email; use our secure application portal.

The Site and our loans are for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we will delete it.

11. California privacy rights

This section applies to California residents.

Identifiers; customer records information; commercial information (property and transaction details); financial information; internet and device activity; geolocation from IP address (general area only); audio and electronic information (call notes or recordings); professional information (real estate experience); and sensitive personal information (Social Security or tax ID, and financial account information provided for underwriting). Sources, purposes and recipients are described in sections 3 to 5.

Sensitive information. We use sensitive personal information only to evaluate and service loans, verify identity and prevent fraud, and not to infer characteristics about you.

  • Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions (for example, records we must keep).
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a valid request to opt out.
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information (we already limit it as described above).

We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.

How to make a request. Email legal@lnhcapital.com or write to the mailing address in section 1. We will verify your identity by matching information we already hold. Shine the Light. California residents may ask once a year whether we disclosed personal information to third parties for their direct marketing. We do not do this.

12. Rights in other US states

Residents of some states, including Texas, Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, Oregon and others, have privacy rights under state law. Depending on your state and subject to exceptions, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale of personal information and certain profiling.
